Real Rewards Cafe® and Food Service Rewards® Combine to Increase Value for Operators
Two long-standing foodservice loyalty programs, with a robust history dedicated to driving operator
success within the foodservice industry, have merged to create a seamless rewards experience along with more brands, more points, and more value.
Real Foodservice Rewards™ was born as the result of two industry-leading programs, Real Rewards Cafe® and Food Service Rewards®, partnering to create a best-in class platform to deliver even more rewards, resources and insights to drive foodservice industry success. Both programs, currently owned and operated by RealTime Solutions®, a Foodservice strategy and marketing powerhouse, have a long-standing history of co-existing in the space of loyalty points with very similar structures including cooperative brands, qualifying products, point currency, and relevant rewards offerings.

Along with this rebrand, members of Food Service Rewards and Real Rewards Cafe will see their points accounts and balances transferred into the newly launched Real Foodservice Rewards portal. From here, members can claim and redeem points, update their locations and distributors as well as a collective experience. All members can expect a seamless transition to this portal through the RealFoodserviceRewards.com website beginning in September 2024.
